Phuket province is organizing a large-scale homecoming parade for 16-year-old Nenê (Rattikarn Amloy), a Phuket native who won America's Got Talent Season 21. The parade will feature electric vehicles to emphasize environmental sustainability, and the Culture Ministry is preparing traditional Thai attire as a diplomatic soft-power tool.
