Five Thai cabinet ministers from Pheu Thai are preparing to submit a skill development project (upskill/reskill) funded by a 200-billion-baht loan decree focused on energy transition. The initiative will collaborate across multiple agencies including the Labor Ministry and universities to develop workforce capabilities for renewable energy infrastructure (solar cells, energy technology) installation and maintenance. Budget will be minimized and projects will be bundled before submission to cabinet review next week.
