Osottsapa (OSP) and CP AXTRA signed a 30-year land lease agreement on 45 rai in Huamark to develop a new retail and lifestyle shopping center anchored by Lotus Hypermarket. The project targets the high-density Rama Khamhaeng East Bangkok area with strong foot traffic, positioning it as a community landmark. Both companies aim to deliver curated retail experiences and boost local economic activity and quality of life in the region.
