Thailand's Stock Exchange has relaxed IPO listing criteria effective September 11 to attract high-growth New Economy companies across 10 priority sectors (advanced agriculture, biofuels, medical tech, creative tourism, next-gen automotive, aviation, digital/e-commerce, smart electronics, robotics, and advanced technologies). Foreign companies already listed abroad can now use secondary listing, while BOI and EEC-promoted firms get expedited pathways. Quality and governance standards remain unchanged, creating direct access to Thai capital for innovative SMEs and enabling Thai investors to grow alongside future industries.
