The "School Rambutan" (เงาะโรงเรียนนาสาร), a GI-protected agricultural product from Surat Thani's Ban Na San district, is thriving with 500 tonnes produced in 2026 — a 100+ tonne increase year-over-year. The cooperative has completely sold out its harvest to retail chains (Tops, Big C) and exporters before harvest, demonstrating strong brand recognition. While the cooperative's own rambutan bypasses the provincial CDC distribution center due to full pre-orders, the cooperative itself acts as a logistics hub connecting agricultural products from cooperatives across Thailand to the Surat Thani market and redistributing southern goods nationwide.
