Thailand's Department of Agricultural Extension is hosting a two-day innovation showcase (August 18–19, 2569) featuring 9 breakthrough research projects that turn agricultural waste and byproducts into commercial value—including bioplastic pellets from coffee grounds, lemongrass extracts, microfilm for produce shelf-life extension, and value-added processing for coffee and mango. The event aims to connect farmers, community enterprises, and SMEs with direct consumer markets while providing workshops and knowledge-exchange sessions on post-harvest technology and quality enhancement, aligning with the Ministry's "Market-Led, Innovation-Supported, Income-Enhanced" policy.
