Thailand's Intellectual Property Department and SME Promotion Office are showcasing eight emerging Thai artists at the Korea International Art Fair (Kiaf SEOUL 2026) under the "THAI ARTISTS WITHOUT BORDERS" theme. Building on the successful ART UNIVERSE event (which generated 90M THB in economic value), the initiative positions Thai artists' intellectual property and art commercialization as a pathway to international markets, collectors, galleries, and business networks. The department is simultaneously negotiating a new MOU with South Korea on digital IP, AI, IP valuation, and IP financing.
