Thai real estate developer Sansiri is closing an 8 billion baht acquisition of The Lake Como EDITION, a luxury 5-star hotel in Italy, by end of September 2026, through its Sansiri Capital fund. The asset is valued at over 200 million euros and is already operational with strong performance (70%+ occupancy, 1,500+ euros ADR), positioning Sansiri to diversify revenue streams in global luxury hospitality and compete as an international real estate investment platform.
