Bangkok Governor Chatchai Sirithaponthum chaired an emergency meeting on September 26 to coordinate flood response across all 50 districts. Seven priority measures were announced: declaring all 50 districts as disaster areas, surveying vulnerable and bedridden patients, establishing temporary shelters in schools, managing sandbag supplies, coordinating traffic and rescue vehicles, accelerating water drainage and hygiene, and integrating data across agencies. This enables faster aid distribution and coordinated evacuation efforts during the ongoing flood emergency.
