Thailand will host ICAO's Advanced Air Mobility Symposium in December 2026, bringing together ~1,500 participants from 193 member states. The event aims to position Thailand as a regional aviation hub by attracting investment in emerging aviation technologies (unmanned aircraft, air traffic management, infrastructure) and supporting domestic workforce development and technology supply chains. Government expects the symposium to create opportunities for knowledge transfer with international experts and shape Thailand's role in future transport systems.
