Thailand's State Enterprise Policy Office (SPPO) collected ฿197.4bn in revenue over 11 months (Oct 2025–Aug 2026), exceeding the ฿182.6bn annual target and reaching 120% of cumulative plan. Revenue is concentrated in energy, power, and logistics (90% of collection). SPPO approved five PPP projects worth ฿14bn, including a proton therapy cancer center co-developed with Thammasat University, Rest Areas on motorways, and a port terminal. Green PPP initiatives are under study. Investment disbursements reached 92.19% of budget at ฿218.4bn, with full-year collection expected at ฿203bn (111% of target).
