Bangkok's City Administration announced results of safety inspections on 50 high-rise condominiums in central Bangkok. Of these, 12 buildings have already been remediated, 34 are undergoing repairs, and 4 are still under construction. Key issues identified include inadequate surrounding space (less than required 6 meters) used for parking, gardens, tree planting, and unauthorized structures that obstruct fire truck access. The city has directed building owners to complete corrections according to legal standards and established timelines.
