Central Retail acquired 100% of AEON (Thailand) through its subsidiary Central Food Retail using internal cash, bringing 30 MaxValu supermarket branches, 900,000+ customer base, and a ready-to-eat food processing facility. All MaxValu stores will be rebranded as Tops and integrated into Central's food retail ecosystem to strengthen production capabilities and product development.
