Thailand's three key financial authorities—BOI, SEC, and SET—have signed an MOU to launch "BOI to IPO," a program designed to facilitate capital market access for New Economy companies across 10 priority sectors (advanced agriculture, biotech, healthcare, creative tourism, modern vehicles, aviation, digital/e-commerce, smart electronics, robotics, and tech innovation). The initiative streamlines IPO procedures, relaxes market-cap thresholds, and offers tax incentives on top of existing BOI benefits. Government officials frame this as part of an "investment-led growth" strategy to deepen FDI roots, enable Thai retail participation in high-growth ventures, strengthen the capital market with quality assets, and position Thailand as a hub for next-generation unicorns and "financial angels."
