The operation found 33 cases involving over 300 million baht in damages, with companies initially registered entirely under Thai names (100%) before transferring foreign investors as directors while maintaining the 51% Thai shareholding facade. Starting August 1, 2069, the Ministry has tightened registration controls and significantly reduced such registrations—flagging this as a critical enforcement action for SMEs and real-estate stakeholders to monitor compliance.
