The program allows renters to purchase condominiums without down payments, with monthly installments starting only after ownership transfer, plus full furnishings and immediate occupancy. A second project (D:CRAFT KHLONG LUANG) received more registrations than available units and will enter the allocation process around August 14, 2026, with signing expected from mid-September onwards. CEO Keeree views the response as strong and plans a third Bangkok project with an improved pre-approval system for future phases.
