The flagship project is River Garden, a luxury Plaza Athénée hotel with 146 rooms and 20,000 sqm of space, valued at ฿2.9 billion and opening in 2028 (BE 2571). The integrated concept connects multiple AWC properties with cultural landmarks, with plans to add MONA Bangkok (an arts/creativity hub) and a cable car system. This major Bangkok redevelopment initiative positions the company as a heritage-tourism and lifestyle leader.
