Thailand's Finance Ministry has issued a final reminder for citizens to appeal their State Welfare Card eligibility decisions by 23:00 today (31 August). As of the announcement, 3.14 million people have completed identity verification (e-KYC) with 81.3% confirmed, while 9.31 million others failed initial screening. Appeals can be filed through 5 major banks or online via welfare.mof.go.th, the Pao Tang app, or Government app. Data corrections remain open until 20 September, with final results announced 30 September and benefits effective from 1 October.
