Thailand's Industry Minister Vorawuth Silpaarcha has ordered SME D Bank to immediately deploy relief measures for flood-affected SMEs across the country. The package includes: (1) Debt suspension for up to 12 months on principal and interest for affected borrowers; (2) Emergency capital injection of 10% of existing credit limit (30,000–200,000 THB) at MLR rate, principal-free for 12 months; and (3) Additional liquidity products at 3% fixed rate for post-flood recovery and upgrades. Applications are open now via branches, LINE, and www.smebank.co.th. This directly addresses short-term cash-flow crisis and business continuity for a large segment of flood-impacted SMEs.
