Key reforms needed: (1) boost productivity in legacy industries and enable new ventures beyond Bangkok's concentration; (2) move Thailand from AI consumer to AI innovator—currently only 12% of SMEs adopt AI; (3) accelerate energy security via renewable transition. Private sector must actively push government and other stakeholders to ensure Thailand reaches high-income status by 2037.
