Thailand's Tourism Authority (Trat Office) launched a tourism campaign called "Feel Local Life, Khlong Yai Charm" during August–September 2569 to revitalize the Khlong Yai district economy, which was hit by border closures and instability. The campaign features two experiential tourism activities: shell-harvesting workshops with local cooking classes and jellyfish-watching experiences. It targets SME accommodation providers, restaurants, and community groups through a nature-based recovery strategy with planned milestones over 3–12 months.
