Thailand's Stock Exchange Foundation has launched "EF Kids Think Smart, Financial Whiz," a program combining Executive Function skills development (self-management, planning, teamwork) with financial literacy for children, delivered through storytelling and board games. The initiative targets 10+ teacher training institutions nationwide and stems from successful pilot expansion in Chiang Rai (2 to 18 districts). The foundation frames this as critical infrastructure investment to address aging society challenges and reduce fraud—investment scams are now the largest financial crimes by damage value—requiring financial literacy as a defensive skill at all life stages.
