NETBAY's board appointed Dr. Chatchai Thanaruedee as new CEO effective 1 October 2026, replacing Kobkanya Weeraphongpradit who resigned on 30 September. Chatchai brings 29+ years of experience in digital transformation, corporate governance, fintech and strategic management across Accenture, Chevron and other multinationals. Kobkanya remains as consultant to ensure business continuity. The leadership transition is routine corporate governance for a Thai-listed tech/services company.
