Krungsri Finnovate, the corporate venture capital arm of Thailand's Krungsri Group, deployed three strategic startup investments in the first seven months of 2026: Alpaca (US-based brokerage-as-a-service for wealth management), Qoala (Singapore insurtech with regional presence), and Whale (AI-powered customer experience platform). The CVC has now deployed approximately ฿5 billion across 20+ startups since 2021, including 4 unicorns, as part of its strategy to lead fintech, insurtech, and AI transformation across ASEAN and beyond.
