Online threats—from ransomware and malware to call-center fraud and sexual harassment—demand coordinated cross-institutional response. The court has adopted electronic systems to improve justice access, ordered blocking of 70,000+ websites/URLs linked to illegal activities, and stressed that penalties for online fraud can match those for transnational organized crime. Greater technology integration in court operations is critical to keep pace with evolving threats.
