SRT and Asia Era One (CP Group subsidiary) are in renegotiation over Airport Rail Link operations, with the current MoU expiring 30 Sept and a four-month extension agreed through Jan 31, 2027. Management proposes a 60 million baht/month (or 240 million for four months) operating fee; negotiations are ongoing but SRT assures continued service with no suspension planned. If disputes escalate to legal action, either party can terminate operations immediately. Contingency plans exist to run ARL via Red Line staff reallocation if talks fail.
