The META case spanned nearly two years (Feb 2561–Feb 2563) across three periods with 18 defendants engaging in coordinated trading tactics including spoofing, marking the close, and layering to artificially inflate prices. The TPL case involved 4 defendants on the stock's first trading day (30 June 2566). Penalties include fines and trading bans ranging from 14 to 51 months, highlighting aggressive SEC enforcement against market manipulation.
