Heavy to very heavy rainfall is forecast, with specific attention to seven major river basins (Yom, Kok, Nan, Mey, Yum, Kwai Noi-Fai, and Yang). Current nationwide reservoir levels stand at 64% capacity. Regional administrations are directed to verify riverbank integrity, clear water obstructions, and prepare emergency response resources.
