Chulalongkorn University's Faculty of Architecture is hosting a "Wellness Real Estate" conference (Nov 21–22, 2026) to showcase health-focused real-estate design trends for aging societies. Speakers will present case studies from global projects (Gelephu Mindfulness City in Bhutan, Serenbe in the US, Khoo Teck Puat Hospital in Singapore) and Thai developments, addressing how developers can integrate medical, wellness, and environmental design principles to attract affluent seniors and diversify revenue streams.
