TRUE Corporation and MEA are conducting a major infrastructure project to move communication cables underground across 11.3 km in three central Bangkok corridors (Rama IV, Sathorn, and Wireless Roads) ahead of the IMF–World Bank Annual Meetings 2026 in October. The initiative—executed during night hours to minimize traffic disruption—aims to improve urban aesthetics, safety, and infrastructure readiness while supporting Bangkok's smart city development. This is a public-private partnership that removes obsolete cabling and modernizes critical CBD infrastructure.
