Thailand's Ministry of Transport is conducting a feasibility study on the "Tri-Buri-Ratchayat" highway project—a 137 km road network linking Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, and Phetchaburi provinces. The 4-lane highway aims to unlock logistics efficiency and regional tourism while easing congestion between the Western and Southern regions. Study completion is targeted for April 2027. This infrastructure push signals government commitment to boosting SME connectivity and supply-chain competitiveness in underutilized provincial corridors.
