True Digital Park, Chulalongkorn University, and NSTDA have formally signed an MoU launching the Global Innovation District Alliance with UK, Singapore, and Netherlands partners. The 18-month research initiative aims to adapt international innovation ecosystem models—including Glasgow's tech transfer framework, Singapore's bilateral investment corridor, and Eindhoven's deep-tech cluster approach—to develop Thailand's Southern Sukhumvit area as a public-private innovation hub. This framework will be presented at The Futurist Summit on November 30th.
