Thailand and India are escalating bilateral relations from traditional trade to co-creation and co-investment models across pharmaceuticals, IT, food processing, green industry, automotive, construction, and hospitality. Deputy PM Suphajee announced 5-6 Thai investors are already interested, with Indian companies preparing data center investments in Thailand and a 45-day action plan underway. Both nations also plan to link UPI-PromptPay payment systems and explore baht-rupee trade settlement to reduce trade costs.
