Thailand's Rubber Authority (Thai Rubber) is mobilizing with the Department of Agriculture and Thai Rubber Producers Association to combat the illegal use of white powder chemical additives in rubber cup coagulum production. The contaminated rubber shows plastic-like texture, brittleness, and loss of elasticity, threatening raw material standards and the industry's reputation. Control measures are being established at collection points to filter substandard rubber before it enters the supply chain.
