Thailand's Commerce Ministry has identified two critical challenges in US Section 301 tariffs: Forced Labor investigations and Excess Capacity measures. Final tariff rates are expected to reach 19–20%, with outcomes pending detailed US review of Excess Capacity across 16 countries and ongoing technical-level discussions by late month.
