Bangkok Governor Chatchai announced the expansion of the disaster-affected area declaration from 3 districts (Nong Chok, Suan Luang, Khanna Yao) to all 50 districts, effective September 25, effective to accelerate flood management and emergency response. Heavy rainfall continues to cause flooding, traffic disruption, and potential risks to life and property across the city, necessitating city-wide coordination under the Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Act.
