The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the New York Stock Exchange to establish a framework for dual listings and cross-market ETF registration. This strategic partnership aims to expand funding channels for Thai listed companies, provide access to US institutional investors and global capital sources, and attract foreign companies to raise capital on the Thai market through the BOI to IPO initiative. The agreement covers dual listings, cross-market ETF products, market data/indices, ESG products, and knowledge exchange.
