The program has exceeded 1 million registrations in its first week, with daily concurrent users surpassing 600,000. While early AI-adopter demand for data-intensive generative AI services (0.5–1 GB monthly) will initially boost telecom ARPU for mid-to-low segments, structural improvements and reduced costs are needed to sustain investor appetite and platform accessibility.
