Insurance companies are repositioning from product sales to building "longevity ecosystems" integrating life, health, and wealth-span solutions, recognizing that 30% of Thais lack retirement savings and risk outliving their funds. The shift requires rethinking retirement age, upskilling workers, and coordinating insurers with healthcare and long-term care providers.
