Kasikorn Bank (KBank) completed its rebranding of Maspion Bank (Indonesia) to PT Bank Kasikorn Indonesia Tbk, with Thai PM Anusith witnessing the official approval. The move reflects KBank's regional expansion strategy, now holding 89.48% of the bank. Simultaneously, four bilateral MOUs were signed between Thailand–Indonesia covering economic cooperation, tourism promotion (with Traveloka and TransNusa), and carbon market collaboration, signalling deepened Thai financial sector engagement in Southeast Asia.
