Chulalongkorn University's Architecture Faculty has unveiled a short executive course on Wellness Real Estate aimed at arming developers and managers to tap the growing longevity economy by designing age-friendly, mentally supportive housing and communities accessible to middle-income segments. The curriculum blends international standards with case studies (wellness resorts, hotels, hospitals, residences, senior living) and targets the gap in mid-market affordable wellness housing—a key growth area globally valued at $6.3 trillion. Applications open until 30 October; training runs 21–22 November.
