Thailand's National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) is positioning the National Quality Infrastructure (NQI)—a network of five specialized testing centres—as critical infrastructure for Thai SMEs navigating stricter global trade regulations (Green Regulation, CBAM, safety standards). This is directly actionable for exporters and innovators in regulated sectors.
