Thailand's Stock Exchange and NYSE signed a formal MOU on 24 September establishing five pillars of cooperation: dual listing, ETF cross-listing, market data/index products, ESG services, and knowledge exchange. The framework aims to open new capital-raising pathways for Thai listed companies to access global institutional investors, while enabling international investors easier access to Thai assets—aligning with the BOI to IPO initiative. This builds on 30+ years of regulatory collaboration and represents a significant step in positioning Thailand as a gateway to Southeast Asian capital markets.
