SPEAR-H is a collaborative accelerator programme by NIA, Mahidol University, and partner hospitals designed to bridge the critical gap between lab-tested health tech innovation and real-world hospital deployment in Thailand. The programme supports 12 health tech startups across diagnostics, hospital operations, precision medicine, and chronic disease management—offering mentorship, market validation, and fast-track funding access. This addresses a key bottleneck where Thai health innovations often stall due to clinical credibility, regulatory requirements, and healthcare system integration challenges.
